Home game night

Tonight was a scheduled shorthanded game with 6 guys. Before they got there though I had time enough to play 90 mins of online poker. I made $70 for the night and most of it came from this one hand...

Obviously this guy played his hand terribly. He reraised me PF which is fine, but when I reraised him back he needed to take a stepback and think what I might have. I think at this point he should either have folded or called. WIth the flop it would've been an easy dump. I enjoyed it though, heh.

In the home game I played one hand terribly when we were down to 4 and me and one other guys had the majority of the chips. I had limped in with JT, one SS called the blinds which put him all-in, Sb called and the other CL raised it 2xBB more. We all called. Flop came 33J and CL 3xBB. I hum and hawed about this because I just wasnt sure he didnt have an overpair...should I push, fold or call...I decided to call. Turn was a K and Cl bet 6xBB and I knew I had screwed up as if he hadnt hit before he just did and I folded. His hole cards were AK and he took the pot. Still not sure how badly I played that. If the turn had been harmless I would've pushed as I know he would;ve checked if it missed him. Oh well. I ended up busting in 3rd when I lost a race and then lost to Cl my A5 against his AQ. Overall a fun night as I drank plenty of beer. :-)
