Down and Up

Played two 1 hour sessions tonight. In the first one all my PP's lost (TT, JJ & KK). My KK lost me $50 when I folded to his all-in on the river. There was 3 spades on the board and a 2, 3, 4, 5, x. I am positive he had my hand beat and I couldnt call an extra $50 on the river with that board out there, my guess is he got the flush and he was hoping I had Aces. It sux but KK no longer looked very good. As well as those hands losing, my cards just werent flopping. Basically I lost $90 doing not much at all. Had a break and played another hour session later on and managed to squeeze out a $120 from the players to be $30 up for the night.

I bet this hand bizzare so as to confuse the guy then overbet on the river to make it look like a steal. I guess it worked because he called me with his marginal KJs hand.
